Volunteering and helping young people is what Eve Paesler says she’s most passionate about.
Eve helps out at the Youth Resource Centre in Hoppers Crossing as well as volunteering at a variety of Youth events in Wyndham.
For the last four years, Eve has been a member of the Wyndham ‘FReeZa committee.’
Eve is currently studying VET in sound production and wants to be involved in live music events in order to be part of a band, travel across Australia and the rest of the world.
Wyndham Mayor Cr Peter Maynard says Eve is a wonderful example of a young local volunteer that shows true dedication and willingness to help the community.
“Eve has been a great help to the Wyndham City community and has worked hard at the Youth Resource Centre and beyond.”

Eve has gained an understanding and connected with young people from all walks of life through volunteering.
Wyndham recipients are residents aged between 12 and 25 who positively contribute to the Wyndham community and serve as role models for other young people.
Council selects a Wyndham resident to be awarded the ‘Young Person of the Month’ each month and winners are awarded a $300 gift voucher of their choice.
