Community Highlight — Transplant Australia Wave & Partnership
This year’s Spartan Melbourne proudly marks the official launch of Spartan Australia’s national partnership with Transplant Australia.
A dedicated Transplant Australia Wave — comprising organ transplant recipients, living donors, donor families, clinicians and supporters — will take on the Spartan course, inspiring others and raising awareness for organ and tissue donation.
The team will be cheered on during the 5K Spartan Sprint, and a dedicated Transplant Australia activation tent in the festival village will provide information and opportunities for attendees to register as organ and tissue donors.
